Employability Support
The Highland Council’s Employability Service (HES) supports people of a working age to progress towards and into employment. They offer an all age, all stage service ranging from young people preparing to leave school, through to people of retirement age. They also provide help and advice for working parents looking to develop their skills and careers.
Referrals can be made by Job Centre Plus, Schools, SDS and a wide range of partners. Self referrals can also be made. You can speak to them directly by:
Telephone for free on: 0300 303 1570 or
Email: [email protected].
Once you have made contact with HES, they will speak to you to find out which support is best for you, either via their own team or through a range of experienced partner organisations and services.
