Audit, Risk and Governance Sub-Committee

The Board of Management must ensure that the Association has in place proper internal management and control systems. To help it achieve this, the Board has established an Audit, Risk & Governance Sub-Committee who will conduct all of its business in accordance with the Code of Conduct and LHA’s values, maintaining the highest ethical standard throughout.
