LHA Property Services is looking for an experienced approved electrician to support our maintenance team in providing property refurbishment and a day to day repairs service.
In return, the successful candidate will receive an excellent remuneration package including:
- A salary of £39,209 per annum subject to an annual increase
- a 37.5 hour working week
- a pension scheme with 5.7% employer contributions.
- and a holiday entitlement of 40 days per annum.
A full clean driving license is essential for this post as is a Level 1 Disclosure Check.
The successful candidate should have a good knowledge of electrical installations and be able to carry out maintenance works.
