LHA Property Services is looking for an experienced approved painter to support our maintenance team in providing refurbishment and a day to day repairs service.
in return the candidate will receive an excellent remuneration package, including:
- A salary of £39,209 per annum.
- A 37.5 hour working week.
- A pension scheme with 5.7% employer contributions.
- A holiday entitlement of 40 days per annum.
A full clean driving license is essential for thhis post as is a Level 1 disclosure check.
