Lochaber Care & Repair Co-Ordinator

As part of the LHA Group, we are undertaking an organisational restructure to ensure that we are well positioned for the future. In partnership with NHS Highland and the Highland Council, we remain committed to delivering high-quality, reliable services for our clients and communities. 

Alongside this, we are streamlining our staff structure to ensure we make the most effective and responsible use of our resources as a charitable organisation. As a result, we are creating the role of Lochaber Care & Repair Co-Ordinator which will play a vital part in delivering services, supporting teams, and improving outcomes for our clients. 

The Role
The LCR Co-Ordinator will take respnsibility for day-to-day service delivery, leading and developing teams, and driving strong, consistent performance. Working closely with senior leaders and the LCR Management Committee, you will help turn strategy into practical improvements that make a real difference to our clients.

What We Offer

  • A salary of £45,505 - £53,864 per annum (depending on experience)
  • A 35-hour working week
  • 5.7% employer pension contribution 
  • 40 days annual leave
