Old School Court, Lochyside

The site of the former Roman Catholic school at Lochyside has been transformed with the completion of a joint Lochaber Housing Association and Highland Council housing development. 

This development, which has been named Old School Court, consists of 23 Association homes for affordable rent and 6 homes available to buy under the LIFT shared equity scheme.

The homes were designed by Bracewell Stirling and constructed by TSL Contractors (Oban) and funding for the project came from the Scottish Government and Lochaber Housing Association private finance, provided by Allia Bank.
