April 2026: TSL Construction Ltd has been selected as the preferred contractor for the Glenkingie Terrace development in Caol, following a competitive tender process.
A site start was achieved in July 2025, and TSL Construction Ltd has erected the first timber kit homes and flats for the development. Internally, the furthest advanced new homes have baths and toilets installed, and are progressing with internal decoration works. The first block of flats are being lined with plasterboard and are ready for finishings to commence.
Externally, the tar has been laid for the main road, with road widening works progressing.
The new homes are expected to be completed by Spring 2027.
