You can use My LHA to check and pay your balance and set up payment plans using the monthly budget planner.
You are able to easily report repairs with photos, check on the status of an existing repair and reschedule them if needed. You can even select the day and time best suited to you.
My LHA allows you to change your personal details, send us feedback and report complaints or any anti-social behaviour (ASB).
LHA is able to broadcast important messages through My LHA which will keep you updated with any changes to its service so you are always aware and prepared.
My LHA is managed in-house and there will be further services added in the future.
Yes, you will need to register for My LHA as it is a different account and My Home will be ending shortly. Registering is easy and by doing so you can manage your tenancy at the touch of a button.
My Home is shortly being switched off, so you will need to register for My LHA from 5th May, so that you can continue paying your rent .
My LHA can be used on multiple devices such as your computer, tablet or mobile phone. The same information is used to log in.
On your computer, you will not have to download anything as My LHA will be available on a button at the top right of our website, whatever page you are visiting. Theres also a big login button on this webpage.
If you wish to use My LHA on your phone or tablet, you will need to download this as an App from either the App Store (for Apple devices) or from Google Play (for Android devices).
How you choose to use My LHA is down to personal preference. You may want to sit at a desk, or you may want to have the App so you can access it on the go.

You can find your tenancy number on your rent statement or any official letter sent by LHA. We will also need your surname, as it appears on your rent statement, your date of birth and the post code of the property. Please make sure to enter these details carefully as they need to match the ones we have on our system.

Yes you can. You have to be a primary or joint tenant to register for My LHA.

Yes, LHA takes Data Protection very seriously and this extends to My LHA which safely stores your details. Only you and LHA have access to the information it holds.
