Plumber

LHA Property Services are looking for an experienced plumber to support our maintenance team in providing property refurbishment and a day to day repairs service.

In return, the successful candidate will receive an excellent remuneration package, including:

  • A salary of £43,722 per annum
  • A 37.5 hour working week
  • A pension scheme with 5.7% employer contributions
  • A holiday entitlement of 40 days per annum

A full clean driving licence is essential for this post as is a Level 1 Disclosure check. 

A re-location package may be available to the successful applicant.
